These vegan kebabs will have your mouth watering. They are so versatile and delicious. Serve them in various ways to change it up.
Our family made these kebabs with a different meat substitute that is no longer available. I tried the family recipe with the Beyond Meat and was amazed with the texture and taste. These juicy kebabs are great for an appetizer or as a part of the main course. We love to have them with a salad or in a wrap.
Beyond Meat Kebabs
Ingredients
1 lbs. Beyond Meat
1/4 Cup Onion diced
1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
5-6 Mint Leaves chopped
1 in. Ginger minced
3-4 Garlic cloves minced
1-2 Green Chillies chopped
1/2 Lime
1 tbsp. Kebab Masala (I used to Shaan brand)
1 tsp. Jeera Powder
1 tsp. Dhania Powder
Salt to taste
Directions
Break up the Beyond meat. Add onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, cilantro and mint.
Mix then add dry masalas. Add lime juice.
Store in air tight container and let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Once marinated, give it a quick mix. Oil hands and form kebabs or sliders, depending on what you plan to make.
Pan fry on medium heat in oil or Air fry for 10 mins at 350 degrees (turn kebabs at half way point). Enjoy!
