These famous Chocolate coconut bonbons are a big favorite with our friends and family.
I have been making these chocolates since I was a teenager. These have been my go-to recipe for something sweet. I make these during Christmas or to give away. They are always a hit! I love to place them in a cute box or fancy bag.
Chocolate Coconut Bonbons

1 Cup Marie biscuits crushed (Goya or Brittania)
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Drinking Chocolate (Nesquick)
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder, sifted

Desiccated coconut or sprinkles for decoration
Directions
Crush your biscuits in a food processor or blender.
Sift the biscuit powder for a smoother texture.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add condensed milk.
Make a sticky dough.
Form into bonbons. Use a small cookie scoop to create uniform bonbons. Roll into coconut or sprinkles. Enjoy!
